So I was walking into work and I happened to pass a mom and her little daughter. The girl was probably 6-7 or even maybe younger. Anyways, they just got off the elevator and the little girl says “so we just rode an elevator, where are the alligators?”. The mom responds “no, there’s no alligators in an elevator”. Then the girl says “so we rode an alligator then”. The mom responds saying “there are no alligators in a hospital”. Then the girl continuously repeats herself saying “ALLIGATOR! ALLIGATOR! ALLIGATOR!”. The mom replies “ok, an elevator is an alligator”. And they continue on their way.

I found that super humorous going into work, it really made my day, haha. The innocence of young children and how they don’t understand everything in the world is humbling. We try to understand every little bit but in the end it’s all on God’s time.
